This arrangement features level 8 and 9 skills. These skills include upper position reading and shifting. You should call students’ attention to the detailed use of position markers (roman numerals), string indications (enclosed numbers) and left-hand fingerings (unenclosed numbers). Students should isolate passages in upper positions and practice them carefully and slowly.
